Registration is now open for the inaugural Energy Efficiency Expo 2019, to be held in Melbourne from 23-24 October, launched to help organisations solve their energy productivity and affordability challenges.
This new trade exhibition and conference, organised by Reed Exhibitions Australia in partnership with the Energy Efficiency Council, will be held simultaneously alongside All- Energy Australia and Waste Expo Australia, offering visitors Australia’s most comprehensive opportunity to learn about renewable energy, energy efficiency and sustainable solutions.
Energy Efficiency Expo is a free-to-attend conference for business, government and industry looking for ready and practical measures to manage the nation’s rising energy costs. With a theme of ‘Ensuring Australia’s Energy Future’, the event will provide an unrivalled opportunity to source innovative products or services and gain insights from the industry’s leading experts for better energy efficiency.
Chief Executive Officer of the Energy Efficiency Council, Luke Menzel, said that the creation of Energy Efficiency Expo is about providing a focal point for Australian businesses to learn about the benefits of energy efficiency and manage their energy bills.
“As the single, most powerful tool we have to cut energy bills, improve energy security, and address climate change, energy efficiency has become a top priority for Australian businesses.
“Energy efficiency is the world’s first fuel – because the cheapest source of energy is cutting energy waste – and is crucial to improving the productivity of Australian businesses.
“We encourage businesses that are looking to realise the financial and other benefits of improved energy management to join us at this new industry forum.”
Robby Clark, Exhibition Director at Reed Exhibitions Australia, said the introduction of Energy Efficiency Expo to the industrial events calendar, combined with its co-location with All-Energy Australia, offers Australian organisations an in-depth and focused opportunity to tackle one of the largest current organisational challenges.
“At Energy Efficiency Expo, organisations across business, government and industry, will have a new opportunity to source the latest innovative solutions and expert insights to evolve their energy management and reduce costs.
“We’re proud to be partnering with the Energy Efficiency Council to deliver this beneficial industry event.”
